Education has always been at the heart of my journey. Whether I was attending continuous education seminars or hosting workshops, learning has consistently been my passion. My career in Finance laid the groundwork for my transition into Learning and Development, where I focus on what I love the most - empowering others through knowledge.

As a skilled Corporate Trainer, I have experience facilitating virtual and in-person training for diverse corporate audiences.  As a passionate Adult Educator, I have a Master’s Degree in Adult Education which has deepened my understanding of the adult learner, as I possess knowledge about adult learning theories and effective instructional strategies.   With my financial background, I leverage my analytical skills and apply them to the critical needs assessment, so that the learning solutions that I create help to improve performance.

On a personal note, I love traveling, reading, and spending quality time with family, especially with my husband and son.
