Overview: These two videos guide learners through the steps to process a walk-in customer's order, from retrieving the order to finalizing the transaction.

Challenge: Employees are sometimes unsure how to process a walk-in customer's requisition request.

Results: Two engaging videos that utilize visual storytelling, voiceover, motion paths, and sound effects to demonstrate the steps.
