Project Title: The Swift Requisition Handling Course

Client: Purchasing Department of a local Tertiary Institution
Challenge: Walk-in customers at a local university's Purchasing Department experience long wait times, ranging from 45 minutes to an hour, to fill their requisition orders. These delays stemmed from employees' lack of knowledge in processing orders and their improper interactions with customers. This was revealed through customer feedback, one-on-one coaching sessions with management, and direct observations.
Solution: To address these challenges, I developed a two-fold solution: (1) an interactive e-learning module. This module used Vyond to create two engaging videos and Audacity for audio narration, demonstrating the correct way to process a walk-in customer’s order. This course also incorporated real-life scenarios which offered learners opportunities to put into practice what they have learned in the course.
Results: An engaging, interactive e-learning module that addressed employees' knowledge gap in processing walk-in customer orders. Completing this module will enhance employees' understanding, boost their confidence, and strengthen their skills in processing requisition requests swiftly and accurately, improving the overall customer experience.
